1. Donations

All donations made to Midas Medical Foundation are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in the case of:

• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect amount entered
• Technical error causing unintentional transaction

If you believe an error occurred in your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction reference number and proof of payment. We will review the issue and process a refund if valid.

2. Event Registrations or Service Cancellations

If you have registered for an event, seminar, or any paid service via our foundation website, and need to cancel your participation:

• You must notify us at least 3 days in advance via email.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of applicable service/processing fees.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

3. Medical or Hospital-Related Services

If you are booking or paying for any services related to Midas Hospital through the Foundation website, cancellation and refund policies will follow the terms defined under Midas Hospital’s standard policies. Please refer to hospital reception or contact our support team for more details.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. No cash or alternative method will be used unless required by law.
